It’s lightweight at only 7.5 pounds, making it easy to safely cut strapping in plastic or steel materials. There are two modes of operation with the Signode GripPack Battery Operated Steel Strapping Cutter. First, you have a button for loose strapping to elevate cutting speed and second, you have a button for a tensioned strap.
When in the tensioned strap mode, Signode GripPack Battery Operated Steel Strapping Cutter holds the strap securely in place when cutting, keeping one end in the serrated jaws. Now, you can enjoy one-handed operation!
